Another wonderful cookbook from Julia Child. Invites you to her Master Chefs cook with her own wonderful recipes. I have watched (and show) their series on public television that comes with this book. It's great to have the exact recipe and show it to Julia and the guest chef as they prepare for this great food.

As if Julia Child, the pragmatic, diligent doyenne of the kitchen, not enough, she came together with 26 chefs who prepared dishes in the kitchen for her TV series. It provides these and many other recipes in this beautifully illustrated volume, which is a tribute to the American kitchen best.

Among the 150 recipes price is a mixed game grill are tasty with a slightly sour berries contributed by Michael Lomonaco, former executive chef at the "21 New York City's" club. He suggestsis the game with roasted potatoes and fresh green vegetables. Carol Field rustic bread is a wonderful surprise, with a slightly viscous consistency, and the actual taste of grain.

This is a wonderful book to use for special occasions. It gives you not everyday foods, but you will find selected recipes, go safe to turn out fantastic. The recipe for the paella is not only authoritative, but quite simply, like the fried fish. Every single dessert I tried was great, the best apple pie, the best chocolate mousse cake ever and the most beautiful towers. I am not an experienced cook and this is the book that I use when I cook for guests.
